- Constitutes “Spam”, advertising, or unauthorized solicitation.
- Contains illegal material or contributes to a crime.
Rights & Ownership: You own your content. However, by posting User Content, you grant FicFeeds a non-exclusive right to host, store, display, broadcast, and modify (solely for display formatting) your content in connection with the Service.
FicFeeds reserves the right to remove any content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from your use of User Content.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
“FicFeeds” and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FicFeeds and its licensors.
